The fruits are commonly used in pickles, traditional cuisine, and herbal remedies, while the tree is also valued for shade, timber, and its adaptability to hot, dry climates.

    Germination Tips:
    Soak seeds in water for 24 hours before sowing to improve germination. Sow seeds 1–2 cm deep in a well-draining seed-starting mix and keep the soil evenly moist. Maintain a warm temperature of 25–30°C (77–86°F). Germination typically occurs within 2–6 weeks, though fresh seeds generally produce the best results.
