Open Pollinated Thymus Vulgaris, Thyme Herb - 100 Seeds

Botanical Name: Thymus vulgaris

Short Description:

Thyme is a popular aromatic perennial herb valued for its small, fragrant leaves and earthy, slightly minty flavor. Widely used in Mediterranean and European cuisines, thyme adds delicious flavor to soups, sauces, roasted vegetables, meat dishes, and marinades. Its tiny leaves and delicate pink or purple flowers also make it an attractive addition to herb gardens.

Thyme grows best in sunny locations with well-drained soil and is ideal for kitchen gardens, containers, raised beds, and rock gardens. Once established, the plant is drought-tolerant and requires relatively little maintenance. The leaves can be harvested fresh or dried for culinary use throughout the year.
